For Artists: Career Strategy & Industry Support
Feeling stuck? Ready for a shift? Just need clarity on your next move?
I offer bespoke one-on-one sessions designed to support emerging and early-career artists — especially those navigating indie or non-traditional pathways.
These sessions can help if you’re:
- Refining your CV or headshot
- Applying to acting agents
- Figuring out how to talk about your portfolio
- Planning your next steps in theatre (with insight into Sydney’s indie and professional sectors)
- Preparing applications (residencies, development opportunities — not grants)
- Working through imposter syndrome, comparison, or burnout
- Learning to network in a way that feels natural
If any of that resonates, this space is for you.
I’ve worked as an actor, director (assistant/associate), and producer across independent and mainstage contexts in Sydney. I also run an indie company that’s supported over 160 artists. I know what it’s like to juggle roles, chase opportunities, and build a career with limited resources — and I’d love to help you feel more confident in that process.

In this honest and informal session, Tiffany Wong shares her journey into professional AD roles across Australia’s mainstages — from Bell Shakespeare to Sydney Theatre Company to Ensemble — and reflects on what the role actually demands.
It’s part reflection, part practical guidance, part reality check — and all open for questions.
