Hi there! I’m Tiffany Wong.
I’m an actor & director living on Gadigal land (Sydney, Australia).
I just wrapped Five Blind Dates (Prime Video & Goalpost Pictures) playing bubbly and fun bride-to-be, Alice Ling, and closed the wonderful play, Top Coat (Sydney Theatre Company), as Assistant Director to Courtney Stewart. I am now in rehearsal for a school incursion tour of Australian Shakespeare Company’s Romeo & Juliet as Juliet.
- Romeo & Juliet – August (as Juliet, Tybalt & others)
To book us for future dates: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Chain Play – September (as Producer)

I have also worked as an actor with theatre companies and festivals such as Sport for Jove, New Theatre, Sydney Festival, Sydney Comedy Festival, Montague Basement, KXT bAKEHOUSE, Australian Theatre for Young People, Shopfront Arts Co-op, Milk Crate Theatre, and One Player Short (Taipei).
In April this year, I directed Lady Precious Stream by S. I Hsiung at The Flying Nun at Brand X – an experiment in form and style. In 2021, I directed Three Fat Virgins Unassembled by Ovidia Yu for KXT Storylines & Slanted Theatre, which won a Sydney Theatre Award for Costume Design, and the debut production for Slanted Theatre of Ching Chong Chinaman, which opened to a sold-out season. I also have been an Assistant Director to Courtney Stewart for Sydney Theatre Company’s Top Coat, Lucy Clements for New Ghosts Theatre Company’s Iphigenia In Splott, and Javaad Alipoor for National Theatre of Parramatta’s Things Hidden Since The Foundation Of The World.
I am the Artistic Director of Slanted Theatre, which aims to showcase and support emerging Asian Australian theatre-makers. I am a proud member of Actors Equity. I am currently training with AMAW Sydney and The HubStudio’s 2022 Ensemble. I recently completed classes with Karen Kohlaas (Monologues), Amy Kersey (AMAW Sydney), Damien Ryan from Sport for Jove (Directing Shakespeare & Heightened Language), Pat Golden at HB Studio (The Art of Directing), Natasha McNamara at ATYP (American Accent), Bill Wright at Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (Voice), and the Summer Program with the Shanghai Theatre Academy (Peking Opera & Chinese Traditional Arts).
When I am not working, you can find me preparing for my next grading in kung fu. I’m also known as the Woman Who Married Her Diploma.
